Humidur non-skid aggregate is used for non-skid applications in 100% solids floor coatings.
Since 2014, Humidur has been applied on the Shearwater Platform owned by Shell. It has been used for the exterior protection of pipelines. Now Humidur and a Humidur aggregate will be applied on decks to provide heavy duty anti-corrosion protection and non-skid properties.
Humidur non-skid aggregate is used for non-skid applications in 100% solids floor coatings. It provides the Humidur anti-corrosion coatings of non-slip properties even when wet. The primary material of Humidur non-skid aggregate is high-purity quartz sand, which is coated to provide an abrasion resistant and UV-stable product.
