Deployment

Acotec’s proprietary cofferdams provide safe and dry working space for under water work at different types of quay walls. The modular steel cofferdams assure easy nation/worldwide transportation and fast deployment at the jobsite. Cofferdam and auxiliary equipment are shipped in two standard 40-foot containers. Typical dimensions of the cofferdams are 20 foot wide and can reach 30 feet and more under water. The patented self-adjusting sealing components allow flexible adjustment to any type of steel sheet pile profile.

Flexibility

DZI can be installed to practically any type, shape and corner of quay walls and dewatered in a matter of minutes. All equipment installed on a barge allow greatest flexibility to work and move around busy dock operations as demonstrated in many ports. (cfr. Testimonials)

The DZI is the perfect tool for accurate condition assessments during underwater inspection The ease workable DZI allows to perform high quality steel/concrete repair work and corrosion protection. The DZI is provided with several steel grid flours, ladders, railing, lightning, dust and fume extraction etc… for comfortable access and working.
