Acotec NV fully renovated the jetties and mooring piles at the Theodorus Port in Bergen op Zoom using Humidur® products. Areas below the waterline were accessed via cofferdam installations and protected with Humidur FP. Above the waterline, scaffolding enclosed the structures, ensuring easy access, containing blasting grit and dust, and reducing noise pollution.
The jetty walkway was treated with Humidur Non-skid Aggregate to create a slip-resistant surface. For a durable and visually appealing finish, Humidur TC was applied over the protective Humidur FP layer, offering enhanced resistance to UV-induced discolouration.
