Reinplus Fiwado Jetty

Construction company Van Der Straaten was commissioned by Reinplus Fiwado as the main marine contractor to repair thirteen metal support piles of the jetty in Van Citters Port, where tidal differences can exceed six meters.

Acotec was brought in to protect the piles above and below the tidal zone. After removing all vegetation, the surfaces were prepared using bristle blasting and high-pressure cleaning, followed by brush application of the Humidur® Coatings.
